Sage CRM Consultant job vacancy in Johannesburg.

My client is based in Rivonia and currently looking for an experienced CRM Consultant to join their team.

Requirements:

• SAGE CRM certification would be ideal
• 2 – 5 Years SAGE CRM experience
• Good Microsoft SQL knowledge
• Visual Studio
• Javascript
• Jquery
• Classic ASP

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sage CRM systems implementation at clients
• Maintain project documentation (needs analysis, training manuals, change control processes)
• Writing of report specs and reports
• After implementation support to clients, either telephonically, onsite or remotely
• Upgrades of existing client systems
• Ensure client satisfaction at all times – during implementation and afterwards
• Stay updated with latest functionality and services packs
• Learn new products
• Assist other consultants with problems at clients
• Schedule and attend regular meetings at clients
• Complete all administrative tasks i.e. timesheets, weekly summaries, leave forms
