The IT subordinate will be responsible for assisting in various tasks within the IT department to ensure the smooth functioning of our organization’s technological infrastructure. This includes providing technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT systems and networks, and assisting in the implementation of IT projects as directed by the ICT Senior Engineer.
Requirements:
- CompTIA ITF+, A+ Certification
- Proven experience in providing technical support in an IT environment
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking concepts
- Proficiency in Windows Operating System
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Certification in IT areas (e.g. CompTIA Network+, Azure Fundamentals) (advantage)
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices is desirable
- Limited programming skill/ability
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems
- Assist in maintaining and updating IT systems and networks
- Collaborate with team members to implement IT projects and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures
- Provide technical assistance and support to end-users
