Invoice Clerk Full Time Job

Invoice Clerk required in Linbro Park, Johannesburg.

We are looking for a detail oriented Billing Clerk to join our team in the transport industry.

Basic salary: R15 000 (negotiable) per month plus Pension Fund.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in billing or account administration.
• Knowledge of billing procedures in the transport industry will be beneficial.
• Accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Computer literate (MS Office; experience with accounting software will be advantageous).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and processing of customer invoices.
• Maintaining accurate billing records.
• Reconciliation of accounts and follow-up of outstanding invoices.
• Linking to customers and internal departments regarding billing queries.
• Help with basic reporting as needed.
