Junior Website and Shopify Developer Full Time Job

Junior Website and Shopify Developer – Rosebank, Johannesburg.

We are looking for a candidate who is skilled in HTML, CSS and PHP/Shopify Liquid to assist clients with plugins, changes and updates to websites and Shopify stores.

The ideal candidate would need to have experience working with and editing themes.

Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant qualification
• Live in or close to Rosebank, Johannesburg
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop / Illustrator)
• Theme / web layout design best practices
• Shopify / Shopify Plus
• Knowledge of HTML / CSS / Shopify Liquid
• UI / UX best practice
• Strong understanding of Excel

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Designing eCommerce themes and changes to website layouts (Shopify)
• Assisting with Product uploads/ product management
• Assisting with newsletter creation/design
• Website day-to-day maintenance
• Focusing on continuous progression with new app integrations/updates
• Producing new innovative ideas and implementation along with digital trends
• Overall site management, for multiple websites
