Junior Project Manager Full Time Job

Junior Project Manager required in Ballito, Kwazulu Natal.

Our client is looking for a motivated and organized Junior Project Manager to join their digital solutions company.

The successful candidate will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of digital projects such as websites, mobile apps, software platforms, e-commerce solutions, automation tools, and digital marketing initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, communicates well, and enjoys working with clients, designers, developers, and business teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and managing digital projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate tasks between clients, developers, designers, marketers, and other team members.
• Help create project timelines, schedules, task lists, and status updates.
• Track project progress and follow up on outstanding tasks.
• Communicate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
• Support project documentation, including briefs, meeting notes, reports, and change requests.
• Identify risks, delays, or issues and escalate them to senior management when needed.
• Help test and review digital deliverables before client handover.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to scope, timeline, and quality standards.
• Use project management tools to organize work and maintain visibility across projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Project Management, Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or a similar role.
• Interest in digital products, websites, software, apps, or online business solutions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable working with internal teams and clients.
• Basic understanding of project management tools such as Trello, Asana, Jira, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Nice to Have
  • Basic understanding of web development, UI/UX design, digital marketing, or software development processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methods.
  • Experience working in a digital agency, software company, or technology environment.
