Junior HR Administrator Full Time Job

Junior HR Administrator required in Bellville.

Do you have an HR qualification with a grasp of the basics of BCEA and minimum two years admin and Excel experience?

This manufacturer near Bellville requires an entry-level candidate in HR (EE) to join their team, assisting with all staff items, the weekly wage run and various administration within their Factory and Warehouse.

Computer literacy and Excel required for updating of spreadsheets.

Requirements:

• Matric, HR or similar qualification
• Good written and verbal skills
• Confident to handle staff queries
• Excellent communication skills
• Willing to learn
• Knowledge of the basic BCEA rules

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Managing daily attendance and all records pertaining to the record keeping of attendance
• Manage the hours on clocking system
• Assisting with weekly wage run
• Keeping records for disciplinaries, as well as representing the company internally
• Handling all staff related queries
• Attending to new hire documentation. drawing up relevant HR administration
• Assist with additional ad-hoc requirements that can assist the Management team
