Junior Brand Activations Coordinator – Port Elizabeth.
We are looking for a junior Brand Activations Coordinator / Promotions Coordinator for a renowned Company in Port Elizabeth.
Requirements:
Must have previous experience the promotions industry.
Must have previous experience coordinating staff.
Must have previous Field Marketer experience.
Must be willing to work on weekends as most of the promotions are on weekends.
Matric qualification is essential.
Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Compiling feedback reports of the previous weekend’s feedback
Booking promoters and for the weekends promotions.
Organising when the promoters need to come in to fetch kits
Organising when the promoters need to come in to get training.
Getting promotional kits ready for the promoters
Attending to client queries about issues with promotions that ran.
Doing recons on what promo goods we have.
Checking if promoters are in-store. So on weekends most promotions run then the staff need to check that promoters are in-store and let client know. There are various ways. Some clients want us to use apps to do this, some want photos on whatsapp, some wants us to log it on online systems etc.
Problem solving – if promoters are not instore for shift/not answering, the staff needs to sort and make a plan. For example go to office to get a spare kit and book another promoter to work in place of the original promoter who dropped etc.
