Estate Supervisor job vacancy in Franschhoek.
Our client outside Franschhoek is in need of an Estate Supervisor to join their team. This person will work directly under the Estate Manager.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience
- Own transport and valid Drivers license
- A minimum of matric with a tertiary qualification will count in your favor
- Previous Management experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 12 staff members
- Ensure efficient maintenance of the gardens and the communal areas
- Maintaining and managing the Boreholes and Irrigation system
- Management of the workshop and the equipment
- A Technical qualification / experience
