Senior Meta & Google Ads Specialist job vacancy in Johannesburg.
As a key member of the Paid Media team, you will drive paid media strategy across search & social channels for several important marketing initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop paid media strategy by creating comprehensive campaign plans (audiences, channels, budgets, timing, ad messaging, etc.) based on stakeholder requirements and keyword/audience research.
- Effectively plan budgets and execute high volumes of campaigns across multiple platforms to achieve traffic and engagement goals
- Leverage ad data and web analytics tools to monitor performance trends, analyze visitor behavior, and identify opportunities for campaign improvement.
- Build and deliver data-driven presentations to share campaign results, content insights, and other analyses with your key stakeholders
- Work closely with content and creative teams to optimize landing pages, images, and video creative for ad units
Requirements:
- 5-6 Years campaign management experience in a high-volume agency environment.
- Experience in Automotive, FMCG and E-Commerce as well.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and optimise campaigns to achieve business goals (i.e. traffic, engagement, and conversion goals.)
- Knowledge of paid media best practices and experience with industry tools (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads)
- Experience with web analytics software (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
