  • My experience in Human Resources spans over 24 years. I am very passionate about HR and people and I take great pride in my work and career, with that I have a high work ethic. Taking initiative has always been my strong point along with working under pressure, understanding responsibility and taking ownership. Possessing social skills that build and maintain relationships across and beyond the organisation. Always striving to do my best in any situation to meet the company objectives.
    I have contracted extensively, by default, however the exposure and experience in the various positions and environments has built my HR experiences extensively, allowing me to become the well-rounded HR professional I am. My responsibilities include but not limited to: People management, implementing and affecting change, project management and over-seeing effective HR processes and procedures with the objective of enhancing the organisations’ business strategy through the utilisation of HR. My roles included providing strategic and operational direction, consulting and counselling and ensuring the organisations meet South African legislation.
    I will bring reliability, professionalism and dedication and l consider myself to be humble, considerate, personable and comfortable working with all levels. Along with my HR skills, I bring a creative and positive energy, strong organization skills, project management and excellent communication skills, accompanied by passion to work with others towards a common goal. Working with people and processes and combining the two to deliver quality and impact. I am most motivated by getting a job done well, developing new ideas and ways of improvement and achieving goals.
    Been a perfectionist by nature, I deliver and get the job done and ensure that I make a success. I consider myself to be fair and always act with honesty and integrity, doing what is right and within policies and procedures. I manage with humility and treat everyone with respect. I take constructive criticism and use it as a learning curve. I strive to get it right the first time as I am solution driven and problem solving inclined. I motivate myself and strive to motivate my peers, colleagues, staff and line managers.
