I have 14 years experience in restaurant management, of those 9 are in five star restaurants. I have an absolute passion for what I do and I only believe that your staff are as good as you train them, training and proper procedures are what makes a restaurant or any successful business run effectively and efficiently. I am a people person and love problem solving, most of all I love how diverse this industry is and no matter how much experience your have you can always learn something new. No one knows everything, that’s just a fact. This is why we study and continue to learn.
