I have 12 years in testing and business analysis and I have occupied different testing roles from being hands on Test Analyst, Test Manager, QA Manager/Head and Advisor in establishing test strategies and processes.

My qualification range from IT, Financial Management and Project Management. I have worked in large, medium and small orgarnization and have been exposed to companies with best testing processes and others with no process at all. In both situation I was able to fit in and add value.

I am able to work with all stakeholders with ease. Creating a good working relationship is very important and is something I learnt to do very well over the past 12 years.
