I write this letter to express my interest for the Graduate Developer program.
I recently graduated with a Bachelor of Technology (IT Software Development) degree at Nelson Mandela University and was nominated into the Golden Key Society due to my outstanding academic performance in 2020. My last Job position is Data Capturer at Mrc/Wits Health Consortium, I am looking for opportunities to further develop my skills.
I am well versed in programming languages such as MS SQL Server, C#, and ASP.NET, as a quick and avid learner I am active in continuously acquiring skills that make my work more effective. I was involved in creating a functional car management system for my third-year project, which shows my ability to solve real-life problems. I have experience working in a team and I am proficient at conflict resolution which will be a crucial asset when working in cross-departmental settings.
I majored in Information Systems, and I am experienced in system analysis and design. Problem solving is one of my strengths which I can apply in improving current business processes and establishing new department processes. I can design, manage and manipulate database securely.
I am keen to learn about new information systems and how I can leverage my curiosity to enhance processes, making them simpler and more effective. I am looking for more real-world experience on data management systems, to not only improve my programming and data analysis skills, but to provide meaningful commercial solutions.
