    I started my customer care career in 2015 as a Customer Service Agent and I have through the years worked in other similar roles for different organisations. My main job functions in the various roles included the following:

    These functions have taught me how to be a team player, target driven, disciplined and independence. I am multilingual and I can currently speak 6 of our 11 official languages, this assists me when communicating with clients, team members and various stakeholders. I am well mannered, polite and confident and that I can give exceptional customer support via telephone, email, face-to-face and other forms of communication
