  • As a highly motivated and dedicated Junior Human Capital Pactitioner with strong communication and interpersonal skills, I would like to apply for the position of Junior HR/Office administrator.

    As a recent University graduate who has been in the working force for five months, I have been extensively involved in the SABPP, which has allowed me to develop strong interpersonal skills. My involvement in various wokshops with the SABPP and functions with my currecnt Employer, including drama ethic workshops and maintaining mental health for HR Practitioners, has allowed me to work closely with my collegaues while supporting the Organization as a whole.

    These experiences have allowed me to develop strong time management and organizational skills, which I see as being very important when seeking to work in a professional and higly motivated organization.

    • Identify and forecast potentially new openings within the organization that need to be filled to ensure
    Newsclip and the affiliated brands can operate at the predetermined standards set out.
    • Drafting and updating of Job Descriptions.
    • Drafting Job Adverts and placing them on the relevant job portals.
    • Sourcing candidates through various methods and portals.
    • Presenting a professional image of Newsclip and affiliated brands to potential candidates or external
    parties.
    • Setting up screening interviews and interviews with relevant stakeholders.
    • Conduct and lead interviews whilst analysing candidates.
    • Assess potential candidates’ capabilities through various interview techniques.
    • Send out relevant recruitment assessments to potential candidates.
    • Sending out employment offers and contracts to potential employees.
    • Ensure reference checks are done on all candidates.
