Wealth Regional Manager Full Time Job

Wealth Regional Manager – Waterfall, Johannesburg.

Seeking a Regional Manager (Distribution Wealth) with a Financial Degree and/or CFP, CAT 2 Key Individual (RE1, RE3 and RE5) Certifications and minimum 5 years’ Financial Services Industry experience.

Required to manage the region in terms of marketing strategy, increasing market share and profitability, managing revenue targets and recruiting and vesting of Adviser Offices.

Minimum Requirements:

• Financial Degree and/or CFP required
• CAT 2 Key Individual certification required – RE1, RE3 and RE5
• Significant Financial Services Industry experience, preferably within distribution and/or Broker environment essential
• Extensive financial Services Product, Regulatory Legislative and Compliance knowledge required
• Leadership and management experience, preferably managing a Sales Team required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute the Distribution Business Strategy on a Regional basis
• Revenue and profitability growth
• Manage the advice, compliance and financial risk associated with Financial Advisers
• Ensure adherence to Financial Service Industry Regulations
• Manage change and business innovation per Adviser Office
• Manage expenses and operational budgets
• Build partnerships, networks and business expansion
• Talent identification and development
• People management and leadership
