Warehouse Manager Full Time Job

Warehouse Manager required in Kya Sands, Johannesburg.

Our client is looking for an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, stock control, order fulfilment and team coordination.

The successful candidate should be organised, dependable and solution-focused, with the ability to lead a team while remaining actively involved in day-to-day warehouse operations.

You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, taking accountability for stock and operations, and stepping in where required to ensure the smooth running of the warehouse.

Salary: R15 000.00 CTC + Fuel Allowance.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Qualification in Warehousing, Logistics or a related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in warehouse or logistics operations
• Fluency in multiple languages (advantageous)
• Previous team management or supervisory experience
• Experience working with stock-control systems and basic administration
• Experience overseeing warehouse processes, including receiving, storage, picking and dispatch
• Reliable, accountable and willing to work hands-on
• PDP and Forklift Licence (advantageous)
• Technical experience in equipment assembling, installing and troubleshooting fitness equipment

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the receiving, storage, picking and dispatch of stock
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock counts
• Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks
• Ensure customer orders are prepared accurately and on time
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation and safety standards
• Coordinate deliveries, collections and equipment installations
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies efficiently
• Monitor daily warehouse activities to ensure efficient and accurate operations
