We are looking for a dynamic New Vehicle Sales Executive to join an elite team in Gqeberha. If you are target-driven, customer-obsessed, and ready to accelerate your career – this is for you!

Salary: R11 000 – R15 000 per month + company car, petrol and high commission earning potential.

Hours: Monday to Friday 07:30 – 17:30, every second Saturday 08:30 – 13:00.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Matric Certificate
• At least 2 years of proven sales success in a competitive, high-pressure environment (Automotive experience is a plus, but we value “hunger” and “hustle” above all)
• A valid South African Driver’s License is non-negotiable
• Highly professional appearance, boundless energy, and a “thick skin” for the sales floor
• Exceptional communication, persuasive negotiating tactics, and basic computer literacy

Key Performance Areas:

• Drive Sales: Identify and convert leads into happy new vehicle owners
• Customer Experience: Deliver “five-star” service from the first greeting to the final handover
• Pipeline Management: Proactively manage your database to ensure a steady flow of business
• Product Expertise: Become a specialist in our latest models and cutting-edge features
• Negotiation: Structure deals that win for both the customer and the dealership
