Technical Support Consultant – Alberton
A Technical Support Consultant position is available in Alberton, Gauteng, South Africa.
R15 000 to R30 000 per month
Duration: Permanent
Overview:
Our Technical Support consultants will be responsible for training customers on our software both online and on site
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of either IT or Training Experience.
- Documentation Skills
- Attention to Detail
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Self-managed and goal driven.
- Computer literate.
- Basic SQL Knowledge
Duties:
- Training of customers onsite and online
- Ongoing customer support through our support desk.
- System implementation for go live
- Facilitate and train customers on any system changes or updates
- Create, maintain and update user manuals
- Work effectively in a team
