Technical Key Accounts Manager required in Nelspruit.

Bilingual in Afrikaans and English you will call on retail outlets and engineering companies, assess client needs, and match them with the right product solutions.

This role suits someone who thrives out in the field: consulting face-to-face with clients, uncovering new business opportunities, and hitting sales targets.

Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience plus medical aid, pension fund, car allowance and fuel card.

Requirements:

• Matric, a proven hunter who thrives on opening new doors and developing business opportunities
• Strong ability to build credibility and establish lasting customer relationships
• Experience selling technical, industrial, engineering, or B2B solutions
• Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and surpassing sales targets
• Excellent planning and territory management skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend practical product solutions
• Strong administrative skills, with a focus on accurate reporting and follow-up
• Comfortable working independently and managing a full sales pipeline, from prospecting through to close
• Proficiency in CRM systems and standard business software
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Valid driver’s licence and own transport, with willingness to travel extensively

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow market share and revenue
• Promote and sell the company’s products and services to new and existing customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and follow-up
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance objectives
• Prepare and submit accurate sales call reports and customer activity updates
• Respond to customer enquiries with product, pricing, and delivery information
• Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively resolve concerns
• Escalate customer complaints, product issues, and service concerns to management
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery
• Assist with product deliveries as required
