Overview:

Reporting directly to the Head of Digital Platform, this role will lead the Research, Design, Development, Maintenance and Operational Documentation of the company’s Digital applications, systems and technologies

Minimum Requirements – Technical Architect DevOps:

• Minimum 5 years of experience worked in similar role
• Degree qualified – Information Systems / Computer Science. Masters preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in Application/Technical Architecture or similar
• 10+ years development experience in Microsoft technologies especially .Net and C#, Web Apps, Serverless, SQL Server as well as Microsoft Integration tools
• Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Automation and Cloud technologies
• Accomplished software engineer with a specialisation in middleware/backend application development
• Strong experience in .Net, Web Frontend, REST APIs, Web Apps and RDBMS platforms
• Excellent understanding of enterprise application architectures, development practices
• Strong experience in Azure & AWS Technologies like Azure Blob storage, Service Bus, Serverless, SQL PaaS, etc.
• Proven project leadership and technical leadership skills

Duties:

• Support the continuous improvement of Customer Experience by understanding and ensuring our existing and new customers’ expectations are met or exceeded
• Contribute to company profitable growth by developing a pipeline of potential customers and managing existing partners to maximize performance
• Build strong relationships and work collaboratively to strengthen service delivery across all business units and to our external partners
