Supply Chain Inventory Administrator required in Bellville.

Own transport, valid driver’s license is essential, including a clear credit check.

Requirements:

• Matric, or related qualification
• 2 – 3 years’ experience in an inventory control capacity
• Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
• High level of attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Valid license and own vehicle – essential

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse and across all consignment locations
• Perform regular stock counts and reconcile physical counts against system data
• Accurately document all dispatches and incoming deliveries, including serial/lot numbers, batch codes, and expiry dates
• Prepare dispatch checklists and delivery notes for ISO-compliant processes
• Ensure product traceability from receipt to final delivery
• Manage stock transactions, returns, and adjustments, and report discrepancies
• Manage stock replenishment and liaise with representatives and client associates
• Process consignment returns and dispatch stock daily from the HO warehouse
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for internal use
• Highlight slow-moving or expiring stock for management action
• Support the Logistics Manager with demand forecasting inputs based on historical data and upcoming usage plans
• Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized storage and packing areas
• Accurately pick and pack orders for delivery according to SOPs
• Inspect all incoming stock for damage, expiry, or discrepancies and report issues
• Use and log safe physical lifting and handling activities
