Software Developer Team Lead – Johannesburg

A Software Developer Team Lead position is available in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa.

The Software Developer / Team Lead will be the owner of technical solutions implemented for the business. As a Team Lead, you will provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship. You will need to implement good development practices and processes, to maintain high standards of software quality. Most importantly, will be developing.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

• Managing a team of developers, Architects, and developing software solutions to meet the needs of the business.
• Perform code reviews
• Take responsibility for the overall solution being implemented.
• Generate and maintain documentation of the solution.

To be considered for the position, the following requirements must be met:

• Minimum 4 years experience as a Senior Software Developer or Team Lead
• Qualifications: BSc Degree in Computer Science
• Experience as a developer in the card industry is a must
• Experience in Dynamics365 would advantageous
• Demonstrated team leadership skills
