Site Administrator (Construction) Full Time Job

Site Administrator (Construction) required in Paarl.

Our client, a well-established mid-sized construction company that has recently commenced operations in the Paarl area, is seeking a reliable and organised candidate to join their team in a site-based administrative role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily timekeeping and labour attendance tracking
• Assisting with the maintenance of health & safety files and documentation
• Managing site inductions, registers, and PPE records
• Supporting compliance requirements in line with construction regulations
• Providing general administrative support to the site team

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous experience working on construction sites will be advantageous
• Familiarity with health & safety files, audits, and compliance processes
• Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
• Ability to work independently in a site environment
