Role Purpose:
The core of this role is to provide the next level of support for most incidents escalated by First Response (FR). Some cases will be identified as L2 cases at logging, so this role is not solely for FR escalations but is a technical position that fills a required position within Support.
This position will create the L2 scope and a definition of responsibility which means this is a growing definition as newly created role within Conosco. The incumbents will play a key role in this.
