Senior Debtors Clerk – Jet Park, Johannesburg.
Requirements:
- 5 – 10 Years’ experience in Debtors
- Matric
- Knowledge of Pastel Evolution
- Worked closely with Credit Guarantee / CoFace Insurance
- Reliable transport
- Must reside on the East Rand
Key responsibilities:
- Full function of Debtors
- Understand and calculate Discounts
- To follow up on outstanding monies daily
- Ensure all customers are trading within their agreed terms and limits
- Ensure all original credit application forms are collected and completed correctly as well as to ensure supporting documents are received
- Arrange a weekly meeting with Management to go through and discuss the Age Analysis
- To prepare monthly cashflow forecasts
- Manage and reconcile petty cash
- Reconcile debtors accounts and resolve any unpaid queries timeously
