We are hiring a Senior Aviation Engineer to join our elite corporate flight operations team. You will be the technical cornerstone ensuring our executive fleet operates at the absolute peak of airworthiness, safety, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fleet Airworthiness & Maintenance Oversight: Manage complex scheduled and unscheduled maintenance programs, ensuring absolute compliance with international aviation authorities (SACAA / FAA / EASA standards).
• Technical Asset Management: Oversee major aircraft modifications, avionics upgrades, and interior completions, managing relationships with top-tier global MROs (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul facilities).
• Safety & Quality Assurance: Partner closely with flight operations, safety officers, and quality auditors to investigate technical anomalies, drive root-cause analyses, and implement robust corrective actions.
• Vendor & Budget Governance: Negotiate contracts, manage technical service level agreements, and oversee multi-million-dollar maintenance budgets with stringent cost-control measures.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain rigorous technical logs, airworthiness directives (ADs), service bulletins (SBs), and fleet records to guarantee audit readiness at a moment’s notice.

Must have’s:

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of hands-on aviation engineering experience, with at least 4 years in a corporate jet or commercial airline engineering management role.
• Technical Mastery: Deep familiarity with modern corporate aircraft platforms (e.g., Bombardier, Gulfstream, or Dassault Falcon families) and advanced avionics/airframe systems.
• Regulatory Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of civil aviation regulations, safety management systems (SMS), and continuous airworthiness maintenance programs (CAMP).
