Salesforce Developer Contract Job

Salesforce Developer position available in Cape Town.

PBT Group is looking for experienced Salesforce Developers to join a financial services technology environment.

Requirements:

We’re looking for strong hands-on experience across:

• Financial Services Cloud & Service Cloud
• Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• OmniStudio / OmniScripts
• OmniChannel
• Salesforce Flows
• API Integration & Bidirectional Integrations

The role will involve developing Salesforce solutions supporting customer service, banking operations and business processes, as well as integrating Salesforce with external enterprise applications and platforms.

You’ll work on areas such as customer profiles and financial accounts, service requests, workflow automation, case routing, guided customer journeys and API integrations.

We’re particularly interested in candidates who are strong technically and comfortable working across Salesforce development, automation and integrations. Financial services/banking experience would be advantageous.
