About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Remote Sales Consultant who excels at building trust, understanding client needs, and guiding prospective clients through a professional sales process.

This is not a telemarketing or cold-calling position.

We are looking for a sales professional with a proven track record of selling over the phone and via Zoom in a remote environment. The ideal candidate understands consultative selling, can confidently navigate meaningful conversations, and is skilled at helping clients make informed decisions.

Candidates with experience working remotely for international companies such as Amazon, SaaS organizations, healthcare providers, financial services firms, coaching businesses, wellness companies, or other high-performance remote sales environments are strongly encouraged to apply.

Employment Type: Part-time and Full-time Positions Available.

Choose the schedule that suits you:

• 4-hour shifts
• 6-hour shifts
• 8-hour shifts

Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM South African Time (depending on your selected shift).

Working from your phone or tablet is not an option – do not apply if you do not have a reliable PC.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct scheduled sales consultations via phone and Zoom
• Build genuine rapport and trust with prospective clients
• Identify client needs through effective questioning and active listening
• Present solutions confidently and professionally
• Manage leads through the full sales cycle
• Maintain detailed CRM records and follow-up activities
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
• Collaborate with leadership to improve sales performance and client experience

What We’re Looking For:

Required Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of remote sales experience
• Proven success closing sales over phone and Zoom
• Experience working for international or remote-first companies
• Strong consultative sales skills
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Experience using CRM platforms
• Ability to work independently and manage a structured sales pipeline

Preferred Experience:

• Amazon, SaaS, healthcare, wellness, insurance, coaching, education, or financial services sales experience
• High-ticket sales experience
• Experience selling solutions rather than products
• Experience working with U.S.-based clients
