SAIPA Accounting Trainee Clerk Full Time Job

SAIPA Accounting Trainee Clerk job vacancy in Pretoria.

Our client, a well-established SAIPA Training Centre, based in Pretoria East, are looking for an SAIPA Accounting Trainee to start immediately or as soon as possible, at their offices, based in Silverlakes.

Salary: R8 000 – R14 000 per month.

Working Hours: Monday – Thursday from 07:30 – 16:00, Friday from 07:30 – 15:30.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Accounting degree or busy studying for accounting
• Diligent, neat, accurate, organised and demonstrates initiative
• Valid license and own transport
• Computer Literate and able to work on Pastel Partner & Pastel Payroll, Sage, CaseWare

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Accounting (update records on Pastel Partner & SAGE)
• Prepare Annual Financial Statements (CaseWare)
• Payroll (Pastel Payroll)
• SARS (Submit returns, compliance, follow-up)
• Secretarial (CIPC, company registers etc)
• Admin (General as required)
