A Customer Retentions Specialist (Sales) position is available in Bryanston, Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa.

R15 000 + Commission

Duration: Permanent – Office Based; no remote work option

Overview

Company that owns and manages a successful online Crypto Trading platform with their target market being North America is looking to grow their team.
The ideal profile requires you to be ambitious, great with people, confident and target driven.

NB – Working hours are 19:00 – 04:00 Monday to Friday due to clientele base

Minimum Requirements:

• Completed grade 12
• 2 or more years client relations experience
• Fully fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Own vehicle or reliable private transport due to working hours
  (No trading experience is required)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Offering additional services / portfolio enhancement options to existing clients
• Maintain favorable client relationships
• Encourage clients to participate on their account continuously
