My client is one of the most exciting companies to work for in the whole of Pretoria! They are in insurance and currently looking for a Retentions Manger to manage a team of about 50 people.

Responsibilities:

• Creating insiders
• Lead and assume full management responsibility for Retention
• Check and validate all work carried out in Retention
• Managing workload
• Managing team performance and reaching KPI’s
• Escalated omplaints handling
• Handling Recruiting and Disciplinary action
• Coaching, Training and developing of staff – procedure and product
• Assisting with IT optimization

Requirements:

• Be an insider
• A minimum of 3 years Team manager experience
• Retention specialist
• Excellent people skills
• Excellent product knowledge
• Strong Admin skills
• Excellent communication and motivational skills
• 150 FAIS credits
• RE 5
