Retentions Agent – Pretoria
A Retentions Agent position is available in Menlyn, Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa.
R15 000 basic per month + commission in USD
Working Hours – Night Shift – 7pm – 4am
Duration: Permanent

Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Stocks and Trading experience
- Customer / Client Care experience
- Assist clients with queries and troubleshooting
- Excellent problem solving skills in both written and verbal
- Well spoken
- Well presented
- Build and maintain relationships
