Property Practitioner required in South Africa (Remote).

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert new business opportunities
• List, market, and sell properties
• Conduct valuations and market analyses
• Manage buyer and seller relationships
• Negotiate and conclude property transactions
• Build and maintain a strong referral network
• Achieve agreed sales targets
• Represent the Northpoint brand professionally

Requirements:

• NQF Level 4 Real Estate qualification completed or currently in progress.
• Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC), or eligible to obtain one.
• Experienced Property Practitioners are encouraged to apply.
• Newly qualified and rookie agents with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion to build a successful real estate career are also welcome.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and committed to achieving outstanding results.
• Eager to learn, grow, and become a top-performing Property Practitioner.
• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence.
• Laptop with reliable internet access.
• Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive, high-performance team.
• Local property market knowledge is advantageous but not essential for motivated newcomers.
• A proven sales track record is advantageous but not required for rookie agents who demonstrate ambition, determination, and a willingness to succeed.
