Operations Co-ordinator Full Time Job

Operations Co-ordinator position available in Cape Town.

Are you an organised and detail-driven Operations Co-ordinator who enjoys keeping things moving and making sure everything runs smoothly?

An exciting opportunity is available for an Operations Co-ordinator to oversee the process from purchase order through to production, dispatch and delivery.

You’ll be the key link between Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Production, Warehouse and external partners, ensuring orders are processed accurately and deadlines are met.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Coordinating purchase orders, invoicing and order documentation.
• Managing production requirements and updating ERP/inventory systems.
• Working closely with Supply Chain and Warehouse to ensure production and deliveries stay on schedule.
• Coordinating logistics, including distribution centre requirements, barcodes, ASNs and delivery slots.
• Liaising with freight forwarders and external partners on shipments.
• Providing regular updates on production, orders and potential delays.

What We’re Looking For:

• Matric / Grade 12.
• 2–4 years’ experience in operations, supply chain or logistics coordination.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, apparel or a similar environment would be advantageous.
• Good working knowledge of Excel and ERP/inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Confident communication skills and the ability to work across multiple teams.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
