Minimum Requirements:

• One year of experience in a medical receptionist position
• Good communication Skills.
• Valid Minimum Driver’s License
• Computer Literate – Word, Excel, and Outlook and GoodX will be advantageous

• Booking appointments
• Answering the phone and dealing with patients directly
• Treatment co-ordination for the practice
• Benefits confirmation
• Billing and invoicing
• Authorisations
• Account handling
• Other basic administrative duties
