Logistics / Supply Chain Coordinator required in Paarl.
Our client is looking for a dynamic, positive, and energetic person to join our team. The successful candidate must have a strong work ethic, a “can-do” attitude, and enjoy working as part of a close-knit office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory control, stock records, and reconciliations
- Coordinate purchasing, sales, and logistics arrangements
- Support supply chain planning, product flow, and order fulfilment
- Assist with cost calculations, budgeting, and reporting
- Monitor stock allocation according to demand
- Provide administrative support to the finance department
Minimum Requirements:
- Strong Excel skills and numerical ability
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, purchasing, or administration
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- Honest, loyal, innovative, and a team player
Additional Information:
- Bilingual communication skills required
- Must be available to work every 4th Saturday and rotating public holidays
