Junior Digital Account Manager -Pretoria

A Junior Digital Account Manager position is available in Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa.

Salary: R18,000 – R22,000 per month

Work Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Location: Pretoria

Hybrid Role: Remote & Office Based

Requirements:

  • Must have at least 2-3 years of experience working in a digital, advertising or marketing agency.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Junior Digital Account Manager:

  • This role also handles the day-to-day operations of agency projects, including campaign research, account management, client service, briefing, and team co-ordination and job execution.
  • Staying abreast of digital industry trends & developments.
  • Accountability for the successful planning, implementation, delivery of campaigns/briefs/projects & reporting with the team according to required timelines.
  • An understanding of digital analytics packages.
  • Compile and share weekly updates on numbers and account activity.
  • Manage client communication timeously and provide day to day support to allocated accounts.
  • Ensure all client KPIs are met and monitor this on an ongoing basis.
  • Ability to turn around work to tight deadlines.

Qualifications & Certifications:

  • Social Media; Digital Marketing or SEO qualification.
