Junior Compliance Officer required in Claremont, Cape Town.
Our Legal Industry client seeks a Junior Compliance Officer to support their risk and compliance function.
Salary: Up to R30,000 per month.
Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant degree or diploma (Law, Risk, Compliance, or Finance)
- 2-3 years’ compliance or risk experience
- Knowledge of FICA, FAIS, POPIA, and AML regulations
- Strong attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with compliance monitoring and reporting
- Conduct FICA and KYC checks
- Maintain compliance registers and policies
- Support risk assessments and audits
- Liaise with internal departments on regulatory matters
