Invoicing Clerk – Johannesburg
An Invoicing Clerk (Fleet Industry) job vacancy is available in Sandton, Johannesburg, Gauteng
One of our large fleet management clients based in Sandton are urgently in need of a Invoicing Clerk within the Fleet Industry to start as soon as possible.
Salary: R12 500 + benefits
Working Hours: Mon – Fri: 07h30 – 17h00
Requirements:
- Matric
- Own Transport
- Must have at least 2 years’ experience in invoicing bulk amounts of invoices
- Working / have worked in the Logistics / rental industry will be beneficial
- Needs to be proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Fleetactiv it is not compulsory but beneficial
Duties:
- Processing bulk invoices
- Process invoices and scan them to the server
- Send out invoices and statements to clients
- Prepare hard copies of invoices for Sales Reps to Deliver
- Process pro-forma invoices where needed
- Will be assisting debriefing ladies from time to time with working out overtime, allocating costs to rentals,
- General filing
- Will be asked to assist with other administrative duties when needed
