HR Business Partner Full Time Job

HR Business Partner job vacancy in Johannesburg.

Our technologies client in Rivonia, Sandton, Johannesburg, is looking for a HR Business Partner with 5 years’ experience from an IT/Technologies Services industry backround.

You will be a strategic HR Manager / HRBP to business units, providing HR expertise and guidance to support the achievement of business goals.

Salary: R60 000 – R75 000 per month.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 years’ experience as a HR Business Partner / HR Manager or in a similar HR role
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Experience with HRIS and other HR software is a plus.

• Employee Relations Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
• Identify training and development needs and facilitate appropriate programs.
• HR Policy and Compliance – Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and communicated effectively.
• Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
