Full Stack Engineer Full Time Remote

Full Stack Engineer – Remote South Africa

We are looking for a Mid Full Stack Engineer to work 100% remote, to join a rapidly growing team working on a cloud SaaS platform, tracking billions of dollars per year in eCommerce revenue. 3+ years professional experience of which 1+ years as a Full Stack Developer/Engineer with 2+ years NodeJS, JavaScript and SQL experience. Experience working on cloud SaaS solutions is beneficial.
Responsibilities
  • Implement, test and perform code review for various features and components of the Affluent Platform
  • Work closely with product managers and other developers and QA to deliver effective solutions
  • Optimize code and streamline processes to improve performance and platform stability and reduce overall system load
  • Review error messages and fix bugs in a timely manner
  • Work in a distributed and agile environment
Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional development experience
  • 2+ years’ experience working closely with NodeJS (essential)
  • 1+ years’ experience in Full Stack development, including front-end and back-end
  • Excellent English communication skills – written and spoken
Nice to Have’s
  • Demonstrated experience working on cloud SaaS solutions
  • Github Account – showcased work / samples / contributions
