Front of House Reception & Administrator Full Time Job

Front of House Reception & Administrator required in Cape Town.

We require your minimum 2 years solid administration experience using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Very well spoken in English with excellent written language skills.

Own transport essential to travel to Green Point with working hours from 8am – 5pm.

Requirements:

• Matric, tertiary qualifications highly advantageous.
• Experience in a similar role with min 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Professional written and verbal abilities in English.
• Digital literacy: including MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• Customer Service Orientation: Demonstrates a genuine desire to assist customers and fulfil their needs, ensuring a positive experience.
• Own transport is essential

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet all customers in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.
• Assist customers with inquiries providing accurate and helpful information.
• Manage bookings accurately.
• Answer incoming phone calls professionally, promptly and assist as directed.
• Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth management of the business.
• Manage member, guest and visitor bookings.
• Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the reception area at all times.
• Receive and coordinate incoming and outgoing general emails, ensuring timely responses or forwarding to relevant personnel.
• Process payments and manage point-of-sale transactions as needed.
• Sports knowledge is advantageous.
