Financial Manager Full Time Job

Financial Manager position available in Pretoria.

A well-established multi-entity organisation based in Pretoria is looking for a technically strong and hands-on Financial Manager (CA(SA)) to partner with the CFO.

This is a senior individual contributor role focused on technical accounting, group reporting, financial modelling, tax strategy, and strategic financial analysis.

Salary: R60,000 – R75,000 per month. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review group consolidated financial statements.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
• Manage technical accounting, IFRS compliance, and complex accounting matters.
• Oversee group tax strategy and liaise with external tax advisors and auditors.
• Prepare board and shareholder reporting and provide strategic financial insights.

Requirements:

• Registered CA(SA) with SAICA.
• Minimum 5 years’ post-articles experience in financial management, technical accounting, or corporate finance.
• Strong experience with group consolidations, IFRS, budgeting, financial modelling, and South African tax legislation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience in a multi-entity environment is essential, while property, retail, or trading industry exposure will be advantageous.
