Financial Clerk (Entry Level) Full Time Job

Financial Clerk (Entry Level) position available in Pretoria.

Our client, based in Menlo Park, Pretoria, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Clerk to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a school leaver or entry-level candidate looking to build a career in finance and accounting. No previous work experience is required, as full training will be provided.

Salary: R8 000 – R12 000 per month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate data input of financial figures
• Capturing and processing financial information
• Assisting with debtors and creditors
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Assisting with general financial and administrative duties
• Ensuring information is captured accurately and timeously
• Providing general support to the finance team

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12
• Mathematics and Accounting as subjects are essential
• No previous experience required – full training will be provided
• Strong numerical and analytical ability
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Computer literate
• Good organisational and administrative skills
• Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans – essential due to the client’s customer base
• Professional, reliable and eager to learn
• Must be able to work well within a team
