Finance / Payroll Intern position available in Paarl.

Our client in Paarl seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial / Payroll Intern to join the finance team.

This opportunity is ideal for an N6 Financial Management / HR graduate who requires workplace experience to complete their qualification and gain practical exposure in a professional finance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing of bi-weekly wages
• Loading of new employees
• Biweekly reporting
• Monthly loans & savings reports
• Statutory reports (EMP201’s etc.)
• Leave processing
• Monthly leave balances
• Compile information for performance evaluations
• Back – Up processing
• Preparation of UIF documentation
• Calculating and Processing bonuses
• WCA administration
• Assist with wage negotiations
• Record keeping of confidential employee documents
• Draft contracts for new employees
• Provident Fund administration

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric with a N6 Financial Management or HR Management
