Superside is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to work closely with our top-tier brands and companies like Facebook, Amazon, Red Bull & LVMH and help them get as much value from the Superside collaboration as possible.
We move quickly and experiment with new strategies and ways of adding value to our new and existing customers. We engage with end-users and executives alike to ensure that our customers love, adapt and grow with Superside. Nothing makes us happier than when our enterprise customers are wildly successful with their Superside setup. The team works hard, works together, and has fun doing it as we strive to build and grow a successful strategic design and customer success team.
Reporting to the VP Client Development, success in this role will be measured by your ability to drive customer satisfaction, renewals and expansions for a group of 20 to 40 of our customers.
What You Will Do
Manage the post-sales relationship of 20 to 40 of Superside’s subscription customers, which includes onboarding, product training, user adoption, quarterly business reviews and renewal/expansion efforts.
Grow relationships with customers to drive adoption and develop loyal promoters
Guide customers with proactive solutions that will help them increase the value of their Superside subscription.
Manage and keep track of account health of all your accounts and act upon any potential churn risks such as drop in usage, negative feedback or relevant organizational/market changes.
Collaborate closely with Superside creative project delivery team to ensure we provide the best customer experience possible.
Identify areas for growth within existing accounts and drive adoption and expansion initiatives.
