Dispatch / Call Centre Coordinator
A Dispatch / Call Centre Coordinator position is available in Roodepoort, Gauteng.
Our client in the bakery equipment industry, is looking to employ an experienced person to assist customers with call outs / services and ensure that Technicians are dispatched on time.
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 / equivalent
Experience and Requirements:
- Matric / Equivalent
- Computer literate Word / Excel spreadsheets
- Reside on the West Rand
- Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
- A stable work record and contactable references
- Own Reliable transport
- Strong admin and communication skills
- Knowledge of the Gauteng, Limpopo, and Mpumalanga areas
