Debtors Manager – Stellenbosch

A Debtors Manager position is available in Stellenbosch, Western Cape, South Africa.

Salary: up to R30 000, depending on experience

Our client, a property market Leader in South Africa, are currently looking for a Debtors Manager, who can start as soon as possible, or immediately at their offices in Stellenbosch.

Preferably someone who has worked in a similar position, within a Property company, or within the property industry, that understands the MDA Property System.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • SAIPA Articles and Managerial experience
  • 3 years related experience or relevant degree (advantageous)
  • Knowledge MDA, or a similar property management system will be beneficial but not essential
  • MS Office – Excel knowledge
  • Bilingual
  • Own transport

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Monitor debt collections processes
  • Drafting AOD’s
  • Lead Debtor meetings with regions
  • Review tenant reconciliations
  • Billing Process Review
  • Manage the Tenant query ticket system
  • Resolving daily queries within the team
  • Liaise with other departments to gather information and resolve issues
  • Reporting into management
  • Manage a team of 3 people.
