Data Analyst – Durban

Our client within the property finance sector seeks to employ an experienced candidate for the role of Data Analyst – to be based in Durban North area.

Minimum Requirements:

• Completed Tertiary Qualification in a quantitative field: Statistics, Commerce or Data Management
• 3-5 years’ experience in a data analysis position is a requisite
• Experience with HRIS systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of HR business processes and terminology would be highly advantageous

Duties and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate would be required, but not limited to; gather, process and translate quantitative data for the use of workforce planning and enhancement of business operations

Key Performance Indicators include:

• Data Analysis
• Data Integrity and Management
• Reporting
• HR Governance and Administration

Remuneration: Monthly offering of  R21 000.00 TCTC
